2cuci Terms & Conditions – Platform Terms of Use

This Terms & Conditions document constitutes a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and 2cuci ("Platform", "We", "Company"). By creating an account, making a deposit, or using any part of the 2cuci platform, you agree to be bound by all terms set out in this document as well as all other policies and guidelines published by 2cuci from time to time.

1Acceptance of Terms

Platform usage 2cuci is subject to full acceptance of and compliance with the terms and conditions set out in this document. These terms take effect from the date you register a 2cuci account or, if earlier, from the date you first use any of our services.

By registering an account with 2cuci, you confirm that:

• You have read, understood, and agreed to all of these terms and conditions;
• You are 18 years of age or older;
• You are a resident of Malaysia;
• All information you provide during registration is true and accurate;
• You are not on any self-exclusion list maintained by any authority or platform;
• You are playing with your own funds and not with borrowed money or funds that do not belong to you.

2Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and use the platform 2cuci, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Age Restriction: Only individuals aged 18 and above are permitted to use the 2cuci platform. 2cuci takes its responsibility for child protection seriously and will immediately close any account found to be owned or operated by a minor.
• Regional Restrictions: The 2cuci platform is intended for users in Malaysia. Access from other regions may be subject to additional restrictions.
• One Account Per Person: Each individual is permitted to hold only one 2cuci account. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts along with the forfeiture of any balance or winnings.
• Accurate Information: You must provide your full name, phone number, email address, and a valid identification number during registration.

2cuci reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) at any time. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension until verification is complete.

3Account Responsibility

Each member is solely responsible for all activity that takes place within their account 2cuci them. This includes:

• Keeping your password confidential and not sharing your login credentials with anyone;
• Log out of your account after each session, especially on shared devices;
• Notify 2cuci immediately via live chat if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account;
• Keeping your account information (phone number, email, banking details) up to date at all times;
• Not allowing anyone else to play using your account.

4Deposits & Payments

All financial transactions on the platform 2cuci processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Accepted deposit methods are as follows:

Deposit terms and conditions:

• Deposits may only be made using a payment method registered in your own name. 2cuci does not accept deposits from third-party accounts;
• 2cuci reserves the right to request proof of ownership of the payment method before processing a withdrawal;
• Any deposit suspected of being linked to fraudulent activity or money laundering will be frozen and reported;
• 2cuci does not charge any processing fees for deposits; however, payment providers may apply their own charges.

5Withdrawal

Withdrawal requests from the account 2cuci subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum Amount: The minimum withdrawal amount is RM30 per transaction;
• Identity Verification: All first-time withdrawals require identity verification (KYC) before they can be processed;
• Same Method: Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, unless otherwise specified by the 2cuci team;
• Processing Time: Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes for e-wallets and 1–3 business days for bank transfers;
• Rollover Requirements: Any active bonuses must have their rollover requirements fulfilled before a withdrawal can be processed;
• Daily Limit: Daily withdrawal limits depend on your account's VIP tier. Diamond VIP members enjoy higher withdrawal limits.

6Bonus & Promotions

All bonuses and promotions offered by 2cuci, including the Welcome Bonus and other periodic promotions, are subject to the following specific terms and any additional conditions stated in each promotional offer:

• One Bonus Per Member: The Welcome Bonus is eligible for first deposits only and may be claimed once per account, per individual, and per device/IP;
• Rollover Requirements: Bonus value must be rolled over by the specified number of times before it can be converted into withdrawable cash. Example: A 10x rollover means that if you receive a bonus of RM100, you must place cumulative bets totalling RM1,000;
• Bonus Period: All bonuses have a set validity period. Any unused bonuses or unfulfilled rollover requirements within that period will expire automatically;
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally toward rollover requirements. Slots typically count at 100%, while table games may only count at 10%–20%;
• Right of Withdrawal: 2cuci reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, at our sole discretion.

7Betting Rules

All bets placed on the platform 2cuci is subject to the specific rules set for each game or betting category. The following general rules apply to all bets:

• Minimum & Maximum Bet Limits: Each game has set minimum and maximum bet limits. These limits may vary by game category, VIP level, and the specific rules of each match or table;
• Final Results: All game results are final and binding unless there is clear evidence of a technical fault verified by the 2cuci technical team;
• Technical Issues: In the event of a technical disruption during a game session, 2cuci will assess the situation fairly based on system records. In most cases, affected bets will be voided and the amount credited back to the member's account;
• Sports Betting: For Sports Betting including football (Malaysia Super League, EPL), cricket (IPL, T20 World Cup), badminton, and e-sports, results are determined based on the official rulings of the respective sporting authority;
• Odds: All odds offered on 2cuci already include our platform margin. Odds may change before and during in-play betting.

8Prohibitions & Restrictions

The following are strictly prohibited on the platform 2cuci and may result in account closure, forfeiture of balance, and reporting to the relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account (whether under your own name or using another person's details);
• Using automated software (bots), scripts, or any unauthorised technical means to gain an unfair advantage in games;
• Colluding with other players in poker or any other game to manipulate the system;
• Using another person's details or someone else's credit/debit card to make deposits without authorisation;
• Any attempt to launder money through the 2cuci platform;
• Abusing the bonus system through hedging, systematic opposing bets, or any other method contrary to the spirit of the promotion;
• Disclosing or selling your 2cuci account information to any other party.

9Data Privacy

2cuci respects the privacy of every member. The collection, use, and protection of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy our separate policy. A summary is as follows:

• Data Collected: Name, phone number, email, address, payment information, and gaming activity records;
• Purpose of Use: Account management, payment processing, fraud prevention, and service improvement;
• Data Sharing: 2cuci does not sell your data to third parties. Data may be shared with registered payment service providers for transaction processing purposes only;
• Data Retention: Data is securely stored using 256-bit SSL encryption on protected servers;
• Your Rights: You have the right to request access to your data or to request account deletion by contacting us at support@2cuci.ws.

10Account Closure & Suspension

2cuci reserves the right to suspend or close any member account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these terms and conditions;
• Identity verification failed or rejected;
• Fraudulent activity or attempts at money laundering;
• Account registration by individuals on the self-exclusion list;
• Upon request by the relevant authorities;
• At the member's own request (voluntary self-exclusion).

If an account is closed due to a terms violation, any balance and bonuses in that account may be forfeited. If the closure is for reasons unrelated to fraud, the remaining balance (after deducting any bonuses that have not met the rollover requirement) will be returned to the member once the review is complete.

Members may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting the 2cuci support team via live chat or email.

11Liability Cap

To the extent permitted by applicable law, 2cuci is not liable for:

• Financial losses incurred by members as a result of betting outcomes;
• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, including internet outages, third-party server issues, or natural disasters;
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence in safeguarding your password;
• Indirect, consequential damages, or loss of profits arising from the use of the 2cuci platform;
• The accuracy of sports information and statistics displayed on the platform is for reference purposes only.

12Amendments to Terms & Conditions

2cuci reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified of material changes via email or an in-platform notice at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the 2cuci platform after any updated terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of those changes. We encourage you to review this Terms & Conditions page periodically to stay informed of the latest terms applicable to your use.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the latest version of these terms and conditions came into effect.

13Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms and conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through the following process:

• First Stage: Contact the customer support team 2cuci via live chat or email at support@2cuci.ws. Most issues are resolved within 24–48 business hours;
• Second Level: If you are unsatisfied with the customer support response, you may submit a formal appeal to 2cuci management by email with the subject line "FORMAL APPEAL";
• Third Stage: Should a dispute remain unresolved through internal channels, both parties may refer the matter to independent arbitration.

2cuci's failure to enforce any provision of these terms shall not be construed as a waiver of our right to enforce it in the future.
